The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) provides opportunities for older people to access a day program (meal included) and personal care.
Our program provides an opportunity to improve social engagement, reduce isolation, and connect with others.
Who can access this service?
- Any Aboriginal person aged 50 years or older with approved CHSP codes.
- Non-Aboriginal person 65 years or older with approved CHSP codes.
